Check in is at 3:00 – Check out is at 11:00
Prior to your arrival we will text you a code for the lock box that is attached to the front door of the unit booked. It is a four digit code. (pull lever down and pull forward on the face of the box, the key is inside)
Check-in is 3:00 and check-out is 11:00. If you are driving in, you can park by the door of the unit. If you are biking, there is a garden hose, should you need one located on the side of unit 1 “The Andrea”. There is also a bike rack next to unit #2 “The Cole” that you can use to store your bike.
There will be enough amenities for the number of guests on the reservation.
If you need covered bike storage there is a storage shed that will keep 2-3 bikes. It is 4’ x 6’. You can lock it with your own lock. It is $20 per day which coincides with your reservation. Please message if interested.
You will use the code to get access to the key which will give you access to enter the unit. We will also ask for a credit card that will be kept on file for incidentals. Thank you for staying with us.
Cancellation Policy
There are NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within the seven day period before the first day of the reservation.
There is a 50% cancellation fee for all reservations within 30 days of the reservation.
There is no fee from the initial booking and up to 30 days before the first day of the reservation.
Should you need to cancel and we re-book the date you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Full payment is made and collected at the time of booking. Your credit card statement will reflect “OHIOPYLE”
Linens
Towels and linens will be provided.
Pets & Smoking
No smoking or pets allowed for our guests with allergies.
Grilling
Gas grills are provided.
Subletting
Subletting (allowing other people or extra people not on the reservation to occupy your unit) is not permitted.
Equipment
No guests are permitted to bring bikes, kayaks, or other outdoor equipment indoors for storage.
Damages
Any excess cleaning, theft or damages will be charged to your credit card.
Violation
Any guest that violates these terms or conditions will be removed from the premises without refund.
