Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and one set of bunkbeds. There is also a sofa bed in the living space. comfort.
This unit is new and is a second floor addition to #4.
Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding. Mattresses will be new in 2024.
Free street parking in the front and rear of the house. Free Wifi.
Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.
Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours.
Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea” or the front of #4, “The Joseph”
Maximum occupancy is 6.
All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.
NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.
